DO YOU CREATE CUSTOM GIFT SETS?

At the moment, we do not create gift sets for our candle store. However, we are always looking for ways to improve our store and services for our customers. We hope that one day in the near future we will be able to offer gift sets for our customers to purchase. We know that receiving a thoughtful gift set would be a special way to show someone you care. We are committed to providing quality products and services to our customers and look forward to the day when we can offer gift sets.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

At our Candle Store, we do not accept returns or refunds. However, if your order has arrived damaged or is missing, we will refund the order. We strive to provide our customers with the best quality candles, and we understand that sometimes mistakes can happen.
